White Woman Spit Own a Black Teenager During a George Floyd Protest Arrested Again

Stephanie Rapkin remains in Milwaukee County Jail Wednesday June 10, 2020 for allegedly spitting on a teenage protester on Saturday June 6, 2020 during a George Floyd Protest in Shorewood Wisconsin and then shoving a 21-year-old college student who was writing chalk messages outside her home on Sunday.
